What is sleep coaching?

Sleep coaching allows you to speak to our Respiratory Therapist about questions or concerns you are having with your CPAP/BiPAP machine.

How do I know which machine I will need?

The type of machine you would need is based on your sleep study and doctors orders.

What is the difference between CPAP + BiPAP

Accepted Answer

A CPAP machine is one continuous pressure while the BiPAP machines have two pressure settings: one pressure for inhalation (IPAP) and a lower pressure for exhalation (EPAP)

What COVID regulations do you currently have in place?

Currently we are not allowing customers in our store. When you arrive at our store you should call the office number (located on our front door) and a representative will meet you outside. We encourage everyone to wear a mask.

Do you deliver?

We only deliver oxygen at this time to customers unable to pick up in store. There is a 24 hour turn around.

Most insurance policies allow replacements every 90 days.

How do I get my oxygen tanks refilled?

You can bring your empty tanks to our store and trade them for full tanks.
